New site, new skin. The last one gave me that serious, pedantic, tie-wearing aura – which is perhaps forgivable in one’s twenties, but becomes progressively mortifying with age. I’m trying not to repeat that error, though I know the temptation to tighten the collar may surface now and then.
If you’re the sort to rummage through the source, you’ll find a good deal of Japan below: little koi slipping through a placid pixel-pond of HTML and CSS – decorative, drifting, and – let’s be honest – functionally pointless. Rather like these pages, in a way, which hang together only by the brisk Cartesian motto: ‘digito, ergo sum’.
